Leadership Arm Building the Word Leadership

Leadership Style

The style of leadership should change with the circumstances of the organization and the personalities of the employees. Leaders that only know one style are in trouble because it won't apply to all situations. Some people respond to authoritarians and other people respond to coaching. Some managers know when to praise and when not to. The goal of any leadership style is to help people be their most productive self. A good leadership style is an art form that must be worked on until it is perfected. The only way to really learn leadership is to just do it and work hard at it.
